Join us for an exclusive evening with McHenry Distillery, Australia’s southernmost – and perhaps most beautiful – whisky distillery, as we launch their highly anticipated new aged whiskey, presented by master distiller Bill McHenry. This intimate masterclass offers a unique opportunity to experience a whisky flight featuring McHenry's current 2010 release, alongside the unveiling of their handcrafted 2012 and 2014 aged whiskies. The experience is further enriched by a tasting of their very own gin and craft-brewed stout to prime your palate. It's a rare chance to taste history in the making and hear behind-the-scenes stories directly from the source.

The grand prize includes a two-night stay at McHenry Distillery in stunning Port Arthur, Tasmania, with full board, dinner with Bill McHenry and his family, a private tasting, and a guided distillery tour with transfers.
